SHIPPING INFO

Stuntin ships worldwide from Toronto, Ontario.
Most orders are shipped through Wizmo, an over-the-border courier. Wizmo takes our shipments to a depot in New York state where they are then transferred to U.S. Postal Service (USPS). 
Our Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. 
Please note: Items are processed quickly and we will not have time to make address changes. Please double and triple check your address, as we won't have time to make the changes for you. 
 

Local Pickup

Local pick up is now available! 

Pickups are available Monday to Friday 10-7 p.m. This is being facilitated by our friends at Indestructible MFG headquarters. 

Please email shop@indestructiblemfg.com to arrange a pickup.

Be advised that orders that are not picked up within 30 days will be considered abandoned and you will not be eligible for a refund. Please ensure that if you are planning to pick up that you are 100 percent able to make it within 30 days. 

 

Order Processing and Shipping Times:

The time it takes to process orders may vary by a couple of days. Typically our goods ship 3 times per week. 

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready to ship. This will contain all essential tracking info. 

Once Wizmo inducts your order into the postal system, delivery times are estimated as:
USA: 1-4 days*
Canada: 3-21 days*
International: 4-21 days*
  
*Please note that these are simply estimates. As we all know, USPS and other carriers experience delays that completely out of our hands. Please try to be patient. If you have a tracking number it means that your gear is en route! 

 

Shipping Policy

Stuntin will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages. We will also not take responsibility for packages damaged by carriers. As soon as the package leaves our facility it is now your responsibility to track it and be there to receive it.
Stuntin will also not take responsibility for any possible duties or customs fees. As well, we are not responsible for processing delays, transfers to your local carriers, mail strikes, etc. 

Return To Sender

Wizmo will return packages to use that are not successfully delivered. 
Typically this is due to insufficient or incorrectly entered address information. It can also happen if the mail carrier claims they were unable to deliver for whatever reason. If you notice your item has been returned to sender, please check the address you provided when you placed the order. Then call the carrier. They will have the most info to relay to you. 
Once the package is back in our hands we will restock it and refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping cost and a $5 return fee. The fee covers what our carrier charges us for returning the item. 
The original order will not be re-shipped. Please make a new order using the correct shipping address.
