Shipping, Tariffs and Insurance
- What carriers do you use?
-
Stuntin ships worldwide from Toronto, Canada. Most orders are shipped through Chit Chats, an over-the-border courier.
Canadian orders are usually trucked to Chit Chats distribution centers across the country before being handed off to last-mile delivery services or Canada Post, depending on your location. In major cities such as Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary and Montreal, your order will likely ship via last-mile couriers including but not limited to Flashbox, Fleet Optics, Intelcom or Metroland.
For U.S.-bound orders, Chit Chats takes our shipments to a U.S. Postal Service (USPS) depot, either in New York state or to a distribution center closer to your location.
International packages are trucked to New York state, handed off to USPS, then usually to partners such as Asendia or DHL for customs clearance and movement overseas.
If you have a buzzer or security code, or require a phone call from couriers to access your building, please add that information in the secondary address line and contact fields.
- Local pickup in Toronto
-
We are no longer offering local pickups in Toronto as of July 2022.
We have three brick-and-mortar locations across Toronto at the Arts Market stores in Riverdale, the Danforth and the Junction. We are happy to reserve and hold items for you — just email us at info@stuntinhq.com, or you can call the store directly to check stock and put items on hold.
The Arts Market stores are located at:
- Riverdale: 790 Queen St. E at Boulton, 647-657-2787
- Danforth: 1856 Danforth Ave. at Glebemount, 647-854-1499
- Junction: 2978 Dundas St. W at Pacific, 647-853-2787
- When do you ship?
-
We usually ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Processing times may vary by a couple of days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is packed and ready to ship. This will contain all essential tracking info.
- Making changes to your order
-
Please email us info@stuntinhq.com ASAP if you need to make corrections to your product choices or shipping details.
However, items are processed quickly and we may not have time to make address changes. Please double and triple check your address, as we may not be able to make changes for you.
- Where is my tracking number?
-
You will receive a tracking number by email when we fulfill and pack your order.
For latest tracking updates, please click through on the tracking number provided by email to view the latest info on Chit Chats and/or USPS. The map shown on the order page is not always correct.
- How long will it take for my package to arrive?
-
Once our shipping company Chit Chats inducts your order, delivery times are estimated as:
- USA: 4-8 business days
- Canada: 3-10 business days
- Europe: 5-35 business days (UK is generally the fastest)
- Australia: 14-35 business days
Please note that these are only estimates.
U.S. tariffs have led to longer processing times and increased scrutiny at the border. Please allow 5-11 business days for shipping, as there are unpredictable and random delays at the border.
Carriers also experience delays that are completely out of our hands, especially during holiday peaks. Please try to be patient. If you have a tracking number it means that your package is en route!
We know many customers expect Amazon speed and Amazon prices. Unfortunately, we do not have fulfillment centers in every city. We are a small business run by two people and we appreciate your support and patience.
- Help, I have an issue with delivery!
-
Please email us at info@stuntinhq.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
Please do not DM us on Instagram or Facebook. The algo is weird and messages are often hidden, flagged as spam or missed.
- What are the Trump tariffs?
-
Effective Friday, August 28, 2025, the Trump administration began enforcing tariffs on all goods made outside the U.S.
They also ended de minimis exemptions, which previously allowed packages valued under $800 USD to enter the country duty-free. - How much are duties?
-
All prices on our website include tariffs, duties and brokerage fees required to import them into the U.S.
All U.S. orders ship with pre-paid duties (DDP). This ensures reliable delivery and smooth clearance at customs. You will not incur any additional fees or duties upon delivery.
Tariff amounts are calculated based on the tariff rate for the country of origin. This rate can range from 10 to 35%.We do not make any money from collecting tariffs. Every cent of increased cost goes towards paying for Trump’s tariffs ahead of delivery. If the rules change and the tariffs go away, we’ll bring the prices back down.
- Paying for tariffs
-
The price you see on the product page is inclusive of tariffs.
The checkout page will show a breakdown of the tariff rate for each item in your cart.
All products are shipped duties paid (DDP). You will not incur any additional fees or duties upon delivery.
We are unable to offer duties unpaid (DDU) shipping at this time. U.S. Customs and Border Patrol is arbitrarily rejecting DDU packages rather than properly processing and assigning tariffs, and returning them to sender.
Duties, customs, tariffs and brokerage fees are non-refundable. In the event of a refund after shipping, we will withhold this portion from the refund amount, as tariffs are paid to import your order to the U.S. and cannot be recouped from the U.S. government.
- Which products are affected?
-
These tariffs affect all products that are not made in the United States.
Each product's country of origin is labeled at the bottom of the product description.
- Lost or stolen packages
-
If you believe your order is missing, please email us info@stuntinhq.com first! We will bend over backwards trying to help customers.
Stuntin will not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, or for missing packages that are marked delivered. We will also not take responsibility for packages damaged by carriers. As soon as the package leaves our facility it is now your responsibility to track it and be there to receive it.
- Duties and customs for non-U.S. orders
-
All orders ship from Canada.
Stuntin collects duties in advance for all U.S. customers and ships with duties prepaid (DDP) — but not for any other region.
Before ordering, please be aware of the rules in your country regarding additional customs, VAT, etc.
As well, we are not responsible for processing delays, transfers to your local carriers, mail strikes, etc.
- Return to sender
-
Chit Chats will return packages to us that are not successfully delivered, but please note packages can be lost or take several weeks to come back.
Typically this is due to insufficient or incorrectly entered address information. It can also happen if the mail carrier claims they were unable to deliver for whatever reason. If you notice your item has been returned to sender, please check the address you provided when you placed the order. Then call the carrier. They will have the most info to relay to you.
Once the package is back in our hands we will restock it and refund you the cost of the item, minus the shipping cost and a $7 USD return fee. The fee covers what our carrier charges us for returning the item.
The original order will not be re-shipped. Please make a new order using the correct shipping address.
- How does Route insurance work?
-
Route shipping insurance provides protection for shipments that are lost, broken, or stolen. Add it to your cart at checkout to enable protection. Visit routeapp.io to learn more.
Our most common shipping problem occurs when USPS says a package is delivered, but the customer never receives it (porch and mailroom thieves are rampant). Route will cover this! It's great for your peace of mind at a minimal cost, and claims are a super easy process.
As a bonus, the insurance also makes your shipping carbon-neutral! Learn more here.
We have made Route insurance a default addition to your shopping cart, but it is not mandatory. However, if you do not purchase insurance and a package is marked delivered by the carrier and reported missing by the customer, we will not reimburse or replace your order.
Some but not all packages shipped may include insurance through USPS Priority Mail, depending on the value of the order — but if USPS declares it was delivered, they won't reimburse you no matter what happened to your package.
- How do I file an insurance claim?
-
Alternatively, please email us info@stuntinhq.com and we can help file a claim on your behalf.
