We are proud to offer our range of hats as blanks or decorated with custom embroidery. The fabrics, quality and fit are unique to the market, and we love that our customers love them.

Stuntin can produce hats for your clothing brand, moto club, sports team, restaurant and anything in-between. All embroidery is done in Toronto, Canada, at our sister shop Astro Screen Printing.

Corduroy hats, nylon hats and fleece hats are available as an in-stock, ready-to-ship option. We can embroider your design on them.

Our structured rope hat, meshback trucker and unstructured five-panel are made to order with a 50-piece minimum and an 8-10 week lead time.

Unstructured Corduroy Hat

Soft and textured fabric, unstructured front and snapback closure for a perfect fit. We currently offer ready-to-ship corduroy hats in the following colors, subject to stock:

Unstructured Fleece Hat

Our fleece caps have the same mid-crown fit as our signature corduroy hats, but with a plush, cozy fleece fabric, metal clasp closure and leather strap. Perfect for cool weather! Ready to ship and available in:

Structured Rope Hat

This structured cap is a higher-profile, five-panel cotton poplin hat with rope trim stretching across the front. It features an adjustable snapback. Made to order.

Measurements: inside circumference of 22.5 inches, depth of 4.5 inches.

Structured Meshback Trucker

This structured cap is a higher-profile, five-panel cotton poplin hat with a mesh back and snapback closure. Made to order.

Measurements: inside circumference of 23 inches, depth of 4.5 inches.

Unstructured Five-Panel Cotton Cap

This lower-profile cotton poplin hat features a snapback closure and unstructured front that shapes nicely to your head. It fits most heads, but isn't for folks with huge melons. We also can make a deeper fit, wider circumference version. Made to order.

Measurements: inside circumference of roughly 22.5 inches, depth of 4 inches.

Unstructured Five-Panel Nylon Hat

This nylon hat features a mid crown and lightweight, quick-drying nylon taffeta. The plastic quick clip closure and nylon strap offers a perfect fit. The tail of the nylon strap also tucks neatly away into a slot in the hat band.

These can be decorated with conventional embroidery or zero-feel, high detail heat transfers.
