Returns

Returns will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days we will not be able to issue a refund.

Items being returned must be in perfect, unworn and unwashed condition. Stuntin reserves the right to reject the returned item if we deem it to be in unsatisfactory condition (worn or washed, etc.)

Items that are purchased on sale will not be eligible to be returned and are final sale.

For U.S. customers only, apparel products that ship from Toronto are shipped with duties and tariffs prepaid by us. The total tariff amount varies based on product and country of origin, and can range from 25 to 40% of the total price. We will deduct the tariff amount from the refund for any returns on these items. These fees are paid to import your order into the U.S. and are not refundable.

We do not accept exchanges. Please initiate a refund and make a new order for your preferred size or color.

To request a return, please go to your customer page or find a link to your order page through your original order confirmation email.

We can issue return labels within Canada and the U.S. for a flat fee of $13 USD, which is deducted from your refund once the item comes back to us. This fee covers the cost of postage and restocking fees.

Return packages can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to be shipped and processed. 

Once we receive your item and deem it to be in good form, Stuntin will refund you the entire amount of the item. Stuntin will not refund the original shipping cost or shipping insurance — these are services that were successfully rendered upon delivery.

A few notes:

  • We recommend adding tracking and insurance if you ship on your own, as returned merchandise is sent at your own risk.
  • Use the original packaging or another hard-sided box that will protect the merchandise. If it comes back damaged or crushed, we may not be able to process the return.
  • Please declare the package as returned/rejected merchandise to avoid customs and duties. We will refuse any packages with customs, duties, brokerage fees, import fees, COD or other additional charges involved in the return process.
  • Once it's returned and found to be in good shape, we can initiate the refund.
